What does our Startup Hotline do?
Our team of business banking specialists can:
Signpost you to support for writing an effective business plan – which should cover the following: what your business does, your target market, how you plan to make sales, the key people in the business, the level of business income you expect to make and whether you need short or long term borrowing to support you, now or in the future.
If you have already produced a business plan we will review it and offer constructive feedback.
Where appropriate we’ll also introduce you to one of our Business Managers to help you open a business account.
We’ll also be happy to talk to you about a borrowing request that’s been turned down by one of our competitors.
