All products are charge cards, so you settle your bill in full each month. Terms and conditions apply. Subject to status, for business use only: limited companies or other corporate bodies, UK public sector organisations, partnerships of four or more partners, or charities without individuals as trustees.

Your organisation must be registered in the UK and have an annual turnover of £2M or above (turnover restriction does not apply to ePCS - Electronic Purchasing Card Solution - applications).

Approval2Buy improves corporate purchasing by enhancing global controls and increasing transaction security.

Using an integrated pre-approval process and secure virtual card numbers, Approval2Buy allows you to expand your card programme, while maintaining the highest levels of control over spending and reconciliation.

Lodge account (Visa Lodge - Available to existing card customers only)

Ideal if you have lots of employees who travel for business. Lodge accounts can save you time and money by giving you the information and control you need to effectively manage your travel budget.

A Lodge account is also a simple way to ensure employees comply with your corporate travel policy, as all bookings take place centrally.

Instead of issuing cards to employees, an account number is held by your travel agent. Your business travellers then use this number to charge travel costs to a central account.

The programme records detailed information against each transaction, saving you time when reconciling accounts. Plus, you receive one monthly statement for all travel expenditure, so you don't need to make multiple payments.

Purchasing card

 

Our Purchasing Card is ideal if you have a large number of employees negotiating and buying products and services for your business from multiple suppliers. It works as a charge card, meaning that the bill is settled in full each month.

Purchasing cards can help you simplify and speed up your procurement process, and save on the administration costs associated with raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

At VAT reporting enabled suppliers, you won't need an invoice or purchase order. For these transactions, our reports are approved by HMRC for reclaiming VAT.

We will also help you set up your RBS Purchasing Card Programme as our dedicated team will help you and provide training.
