Yes. You can pay back a lump sum at any time. Just be aware that sometimes there may be a charge for making an early repayment so it's a good idea to check your loan agreement details. We understand that these things can happen, particularly if you are struggling financially. The best thing to do is to let us know as soon as you think you're going to miss a payment or immediately after you've missed one.  We may be able to temporarily flex your repayment date to allow you space to keep up to date. The more notice you give us, the more chance we have to help you. We also have a range of resources to help you on our support hub.

We are obligated to share information with credit reference agencies about how you manage your account including your account balance, payments into your account, the regularity of payments being made, credit limits and any arrears or default in making payments, while you have a relationship with us. This information may be made visible on your credit report which is available to other organisations (including fraud prevention agencies and other financial institutions) so that they make take decisions about you/your business.

If you need some financial breathing space, a repayment holiday could be worth looking into. Depending on the terms of your loan, you may be able to pause payments for up to 6 months, during this time you would not repay any of the loan balance. However, you will continue to pay the interest of the loan. Taking a loan repayment holiday may result in it taking longer to repay the loan and cost more in the long run.

If you're still struggling after your repayment holiday, speak to your usual bank contact. Giving us advanced notice puts us in the best position to help you.  

If your business is in good financial health, it may be possible to increase the amount you are borrowing. Just be aware that all borrowing is subject to a credit application and depends upon your business' specific circumstances.  If you think you would like to borrow additional funds please contact us through your usual bank contact.

If you pay by Direct Debit then you will need to contact us through your usual bank contact to arrange this.

If you pay by standing order you can arrange this by changing the standing order to the new bank account details. Please ensure that the standing order is set up for the same payment date as it is today.

You may be able to reduce or extend the term on your loan depending on your circumstances. Extending your loan term may result in taking longer to repay the loan and could cost more in the long run. If you feel this could help you, please contact us through your usual bank contact.

The date of your monthly repayment cannot be changed. This must remain in line with the date originally set. If you are struggling to meet your repayments please get in touch through your usual bank contact and we may be able to temporarily change your repayment date.

To reduce the amount  you're borrowing, you can repay part or all of the loan  at any point. Just be aware there may be early repayment charges, so it’s a good idea to check your loan agreement. We sent your loan agreement to you when you first took out the loan.  If you want to discuss your borrowing needs please contact us through your usual bank contact.

If you have Digital Banking, you can find your loan account number and sort code on the account summary screen.  You can also find these details on any recent loan statement.

You can view your current interest rate in your loan agreement. Your loan agreement was provided to you at the time you took out the loan, this could have been by post, email or given to you by your RM.   

If you have chosen a variable rate product we will let you know about any changes to your interest rate as soon as there is a change. We'll also show you what your new repayment amount is.  

You can check how long your loan has to run in your loan agreement. Your loan agreement would have been sent in the post, emailed to you or given to you by your RM at the time you took out the loan.

You can find details about your repayments in your loan agreement.  Your loan agreement will have been sent in the post, emailed to you or given to you by your RM at the time you took out the loan. 

A redemption statement shows the amount that needs to be paid to clear the outstanding balance (inc. interest) on a loan. Please note that redemption statements are only valid for 28 days.

All the important details including the terms and conditions that apply to your loan can be found in your loan agreement that you received and signed. 

Your loan agreement may contain details of a website to access and enter a code, to view and print additional terms that form part of your loan agreement. The agreement and terms together form the contract with the bank.
